Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how TwentyNine11 LLC collects, uses, and shares information through awardgrade.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: email address; waitlist details (tier interest, role); People's Grade responses, comments, and tips/corrections; optional uploaded files ("proof") such as receipts or award notifications.

Automatically: basic usage and device data, and limited cookies necessary to operate the Site.

3. How We Use It

To operate and improve the Site; compute and display aggregate People's Grades; verify submissions; send you notifications or newsletters you have consented to; prevent abuse; and comply with law.

4. Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may aggregate, de-identify, and analyze User Content and usage data, and we reserve the right to use, license, publish, and sell aggregated or de-identified data and insights, provided such data does not identify you personally.

5. Uploaded Proof Files

Files you upload as proof are stored privately, used solely for internal verification, and are not displayed publicly. Access is restricted to authorized AwardGrade personnel.

6. How We Share

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who operate the Site on our behalf (currently including Supabase for database/storage, Resend for transactional email, and Beehiiv for newsletter delivery), each under obligations to protect it; and where required by law or to protect our rights. In a business sale or merger, information may transfer as an asset, subject to this policy.

7. Email and Marketing

We add you to our newsletter only where you have signed up or checked the newsletter-consent box. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting [privacy@awardgrade.com]. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., California, EEA/UK), you may have additional rights; we honor applicable requests. Note that removing a submission does not obligate us to delete anonymized data already incorporated into aggregate Grades.

9. Retention and Security

We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
